About This Giveaway

The Black Friday Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is run by Sedona Crystal Vortex of Sedona, Arizona ("Sedona Crystal Vortex," "we" or "us"). This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who have an Instagram account in good standing.

Employees, officers and owners of Sedona Crystal Vortex, their immediate family members (spouse or domestic partner, parents, children, siblings and each of their spouses or partners) and members of their households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on November 9, 2026 at 12:00 AM Mountain Standard Time (MST) and ends on November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) (the "Giveaway Period"). Arizona does not observe daylight saving time. Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be counted.

How to Enter

To receive one (1) entry during the Giveaway Period, complete both steps:

1. Follow @shopsedonacrystalvortex on Instagram.
2. Tag one friend in a comment on our official Black Friday Giveaway post on @shopsedonacrystalvortex (the "Giveaway Post").

Each eligible person may receive one (1) entry through these steps, regardless of the number of comments posted.

Additional Entries

After completing both steps in Section 4, you may earn additional entries by sharing the Giveaway Post during the Giveaway Period:

• Story share: Each share of the Giveaway Post to your Instagram Story that mentions @shopsedonacrystalvortex earns one (1) additional entry. If your account is private, or the Story cannot otherwise be seen by us, send a screenshot of the Story share to @shopsedonacrystalvortex by Instagram direct message before the Story expires.
• Direct message share: Each share of the Giveaway Post to another person by Instagram direct message earns one (1) additional entry. Because we cannot see messages between other users, send a screenshot showing the share to @shopsedonacrystalvortex by Instagram direct message. The screenshot only needs to show that the Giveaway Post was shared; you do not need to include other message content.

Additional entries must be verified by us to count. Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, incomplete or unverifiable entries may be disqualified.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) $500 Sedona Crystal Vortex digital gift card, redeemable for online purchases at sedonacrystalvortex.com. Approximate retail value: $500 USD.

The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Use of the gift card is subject to the terms provided with the gift card. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner is responsible for any taxes associated with the prize.

Winner Selection

On December 1, 2026, we will select one (1) potential winner at random from all verified eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Each verified eligible entry will be assigned an entry number, and the potential winner will be selected using a computer generated random number. This is a random drawing, not a judged contest. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by Instagram direct message from @shopsedonacrystalvortex. We will only contact the winner from the official @shopsedonacrystalvortex account. We will never ask for payment, banking information or a purchase to claim the prize.

The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of our first notification attempt to accept the prize and confirm eligibility. Before awarding the prize, we may request reasonable confirmation of the potential winner's age, residency, identity and eligibility.

If the potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining verified eligible entries using the same process. Up to three (3) alternate winners may be selected. If the third alternate winner does not claim the prize, the prize may go unawarded where permitted by law.

After eligibility is confirmed, we may announce the winner's Instagram username, or first name and last initial, on @shopsedonacrystalvortex. We will not publish any other personal information.

Instagram and Meta

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from responsibility relating to the Giveaway, to the extent permitted by law. You must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.

General Conditions

We may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, uses multiple or fake accounts, uses automated means to enter, or otherwise violates these rules. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned for reasons beyond our control, we may cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway where permitted by law, and may select the winner from verified eligible entries received before that action.

Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sedona Crystal Vortex and its owners, employees and agents from any claims, losses or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete or not received because of technical problems, including problems with Instagram.

Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway, such as Instagram usernames, screenshots submitted for additional entries and contact details the winner provides, will be used only to verify entries, select and contact the winner, prevent fraud and meet legal and compliance requirements. Entering the Giveaway does not sign you up for our email or text message marketing. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
