Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. Orders ship from Sedona, Arizona.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on US orders of $150 or more. All other rates are calculated at checkout by destination and weight before you pay.

For international orders, import duties, customs fees, and taxes charged on delivery are your responsibility and are not included in our shipping charge.

Processing and delivery

Orders ship within 2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your parcel is on its way. Delivery times shown at checkout are the carrier's estimates; international deliveries can be held by customs beyond our control.

How we pack

Minerals are fragile. Every piece is wrapped and boxed for transit, and crystals priced $200 and above are photographed before dispatch.

Damaged, lost, or missing

If your order arrives broken or chipped, email sales@sedonacrystalvortex.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and keep the packaging until we reply. If a parcel is lost or an item is missing, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We replace where we can, or refund in full. Full terms are in our Return and refund policy.
