1. Agreement

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Refund and Returns Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products and natural variation

We sell natural minerals, crystals, and related goods. Natural specimens vary in size, color, clarity, and form; such variation is part of the product and is not a defect. Crystals priced $200 and above are photographed individually and the photo shows the exact piece you will receive. For items below $200 the photo shows a representative piece from the same lot, and each listing says which applies. Weights and dimensions are approximate unless a listing states they were measured for that specific piece.

3. No health or outcome claims

Our products are sold as natural mineral specimens and the objects made from them. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition or to produce any life outcome. Readings and services offered in our stores are provided for entertainment and personal reflection only.

4. Prices, availability, and errors

All prices are in US dollars. Many items are single pieces; if an item sells in one of our stores or online before your order is processed, we will cancel that line and refund it in full. We may correct pricing or listing errors, including on orders already placed; if we do, you may cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we dispatch it. The automatic email you receive when you place an order acknowledges the order; it is not our acceptance of it. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, resale, or errors. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and its partners; we do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping

Orders ship from Sedona, Arizona. Shipping is free on US orders of $150 or more; other rates are shown at checkout. We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. Import duties, customs fees, and taxes on international orders are the customer's responsibility. Delivery times shown are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery, but damage in transit is covered under our Refund and Returns Policy.

8. Accounts and conduct

You must be 18 or older to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for activity under your account. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

9. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, and design of this site belong to Carpe Omnia Sedona LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

10. Third-party services

Parts of the site are provided by third parties (for example payment processing, email, and booking tools). Their terms govern their services.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Coconino County, Arizona, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

13. Changes

We may update these terms; the date below shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
