Returns
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Items must come back in the condition they arrived in, with any stand, base, or packaging that shipped with them.
- Return shipping is paid by you, unless the return is our error or the item arrived damaged.
- Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the item reaching us. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it.
- We do not charge restocking fees.
Items we cannot take back: sale items (all sale items are final), gift cards, and any item that has been altered, cut, drilled, or set after delivery.
One-of-a-kind specimens are returnable under the same terms. Because each is a single natural piece, we cannot offer an exchange for "the same item" — we will refund, or help you choose another.
Damaged in transit
Minerals are fragile and we pack them accordingly. If an item arrives broken or chipped, email sales@sedonacrystalvortex.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. We will replace it where we can, or refund it in full. Please keep the packaging until we have replied.
If a parcel is lost in transit, or an item is missing from it, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will trace it with the carrier and replace or refund it.
What you receive vs. what you see
Crystals priced $200 and above are photographed individually; the photo is the exact piece you will receive. For items below $200, the photo shows a representative piece from the same lot. Natural variation in size, color, and form is expected and is not a defect. Each listing states which applies.
Exchanges
We handle exchanges as exchanges, not as a refund plus a new order. Email us with your order number and the item you would prefer, and we will confirm availability and any price difference before anything ships.
In-store purchases and readings
Purchases made in our Sedona stores may be returned to any of our three locations within 14 days of purchase, with your receipt. Readings and services booked in store are provided for entertainment and personal reflection; they are non-refundable once the appointment has taken place.
How to start a return
Email sales@sedonacrystalvortex.com or call (928) 282-3543 with your order number. We will send you the return address and a confirmation within 2 business days. Please do not ship a return before you receive that confirmation — returns sent without it can be delayed.
International orders
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and to Austria, France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. Import duties, customs fees, and taxes charged on delivery are your responsibility and are not refundable. International orders may be returned on the same terms as above; return shipping is paid by you, and refunds cover the item price only.
