Do you ship, and what does it cost? Yes. We ship across the United States, and shipping is free on orders over $125. Smaller orders are charged a flat calculated rate at checkout.

What is your return policy? Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Reach out and we will walk you through it.

Are your stones genuine? Yes. We identify every piece by mineral species and, where relevant, disclose standard trade practices such as heating (common with carnelian and some citrine) or color stabilization. If a piece is a glass or a reconstituted material, we say so.

Some pieces mention soil from Cathedral Rock. What does that mean? It means the piece contains or was packaged with soil gathered at the Cathedral Rock site in Sedona. It is a statement of provenance and local tradition — where the material comes from — and nothing more.

How do I care for my crystal? Most quartz-family stones are durable at Mohs 7 and need only occasional dusting. Softer minerals such as selenite and calcite (Mohs 2 to 3) should be kept dry and handled gently.

What about readings and in-store services? Service bookings cancelled 24 or more hours in advance receive a full refund; cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
