Ancient volcanic cavity, slow crystal growth, five million years of patience—on a pin stand.
Amethyst geodes are formed inside hollow vesicles in basaltic lava, primarily in the Paraná volcanic province of Brazil and Uruguay. Silica-laden groundwater enters the cavity and deposits quartz in successive layers, the outermost crystals growing toward the center. Iron impurities and natural irradiation during growth color the quartz violet—the deeper the tone, the more iron-rich the conditions. This specimen is mounted on a pin stand for freestanding display. Mohs 7. The traditional February birthstone.
In the crown and third-eye chakra tradition, amethyst geodes are associated with contemplative depth and inward clarity. Placed in a room, they read as geology first, intention second—which is why serious collectors and practitioners both seek them.
A specimen that earns its place in any room by being undeniably itself.
Every crystal is hand-picked for exceptional beauty, quality and energetic integrity, then vortex-charged in Sedona’s sacred energy. This process infuses each piece with a high-frequency presence, delivering a crystal experience that feels as powerful as it looks.
