Shipping & Returns

HANDLING: All orders ship within 72 hours of purchase.

LARGE PURCHASES: Orders containing products that must ship in a larger box or crate are subject to a separate insurance and shipping fee. Our staff will contact the customer by phone or email and walk them through the next steps to ensure their purchase arrives safely.

Returns

RETURN POLICY: We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

STARTING A RETURN: To start a return, contact us at services@sedonacrystalvortex.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package; return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SHIPPING DAMAGE: Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the product is damaged, send us a photo and we'll provide a return shipping label.

EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Certain items cannot be returned — perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal-care goods (such as beauty products). We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, and we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

EXCHANGES: The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS: We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically on your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit-card company to process and post the refund.
