Violet crystal on a pin stand—the interior of a geode turned outward.
An amethyst geode begins as a hollow in ancient lava flow. Over millions of years, silica-rich groundwater deposits quartz crystal along the interior walls—layer by layer, point by point. The iron and natural irradiation present in the host rock color the quartz violet, deepening in zones where growth slowed. This specimen is mounted on a pin stand, presenting the druzy interior face to the viewer. Mohs 7. February birthstone. Primary sources: Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil; Artigas region, Uruguay.
In the crown and third-eye chakra tradition, geode specimens are used as space anchors—objects placed in a room to set a quality of intention. The pin stand format puts the geology on display.
A freestanding geode specimen for a shelf, desk, or corner that can hold its own in any space.
Every crystal is hand-picked for exceptional beauty, quality and energetic integrity, then vortex-charged in Sedona’s sacred energy. This process infuses each piece with a high-frequency presence, delivering a crystal experience that feels as powerful as it looks.
