The Flower of Life pattern cut into translucent gypsum — geometry and light in the same surface.
Selenite is gypsum (CaSO⊂4;·2H⊂2;O), formed in ancient evaporite deposits as mineral-dense water crystallized slowly over geological time. Its Mohs 2 softness is exactly what makes it well-suited to engraving — the detail of the etched Flower of Life pattern sits cleanly in the stone, and the stone’s natural luminescence makes the incised lines visible from any angle. The Flower of Life is a geometric figure composed of overlapping circles arranged in a sixfold pattern; it appears in the Temple of Osiris at Abydos (Egypt) and in manuscript traditions across medieval Europe and Asia, making it among the most widely distributed sacred-geometry symbols on record.
In the chakra tradition, selenite is linked to the crown and third-eye chakras. The heart form combines the directional symbolism of the etched pattern with the stone’s traditional association with clarity and higher awareness. Keep dry — selenite is water-soluble.
A decorative and symbolic piece for an altar, desk, or window ledge where light can pass through it.
Every crystal is hand-picked for exceptional beauty, quality and energetic integrity, then vortex-charged in Sedona’s sacred energy. This process infuses each piece with a high-frequency presence, delivering a crystal experience that feels as powerful as it looks.
