Pale pink banding in an oval—each ring a chapter in a very slow story.
Rhodochrosite is manganese carbonate (MnCO3), Mohs 3.5—4, formed when manganese-rich hydrothermal solutions deposit material in thin layers inside open cavities over long periods. The resulting banding—alternating pink and cream—records variations in manganese concentration and fluid chemistry across those slow growth cycles. This oval cabochon is set in solid .925 sterling silver.
Significant banded rhodochrosite has been recovered from old mining districts in Argentina, Colorado, and South Africa. In Argentina the stone has carried the name "Incan Rose" for generations of miners and traders. In the chakra tradition it corresponds to the heart chakra.
A wearable piece of sedimentary process—each pendant carrying a banding pattern no other stone will replicate.
Every crystal is hand-picked for exceptional beauty, quality and energetic integrity, then vortex-charged in Sedona’s sacred energy. This process infuses each piece with a high-frequency presence, delivering a crystal experience that feels as powerful as it looks.
